All AromaHoliday products are subject to availability. However, we always aim to keep stock levels accurate, occasionally items may become unavailable. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Because our products are handmade in Yorkshire, slight variations may occur. As a result, each item is completely unique. However, this adds to the uniqueness of each item.
Pricing and Payments
In addition, all prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We calculate shipping at checkout.

AromaHoliday Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay.
Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on location.Therefore, we recommend allowing extra time during busy periods or international shipping.
- UK Mainland: 1–5 working days (Free Delivery)
- Highlands & Islands: 1–5 working days
- Europe: 2–7 working days
- Rest of World: 2–14 working days
Please note:
- Working days are Monday–Friday only
- Delivery times may be affected by customs or courier delays
- Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, as a signature is required upon delivery.
Breakages, Incorrect Orders & Missing Goods
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive as expected, then you must notify us within 72 hours.
To report an issue, please email:

Your email should include:
- Order details
- Description of the issue
- Whether you prefer a replacement or refund
Important:
- Retain all packaging and damaged items
- Damaged parcels should be signed for accordingly or refused
Once verified, we will:
- Replace damaged or missing items
- Consider refunds at our discretion
Returns and Refunds Policy
However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help. We want you to be completely pleased with your purchase. Therefore, we offer returns under the following conditions:
Returns Eligibility
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in original packaging
- All labels must remain attached
Return Timeframes
- Notify us within 3 working days for faults or damages
- Approved returns must be sent within 30 days
Costs and Refunds
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
- A refund may be issued less a 10% handling fee
- Exchanges are available where appropriate
Order Cancellation
In addition, you have the right to cancel your order within 10 working days of delivery.
To cancel:

- Ensure goods remain unused
Please note:
- Return postage costs apply
- Refunds may include a handling deduction
Back Orders
While we aim to maintain strong stock levels, some items may be temporarily unavailable.
In certain cases, we reserve the right not to dispatch small back orders if it is not economically viable.
Liability Disclaimer
Therefore, customers must follow all safety instructions provided, and AromaHoliday Ltd is not liable for:
- Misuse of products
- Failure to follow safety instructions
- Damage to personal property resulting from misuse
This includes both direct and indirect losses.
